ddkk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ddkk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ddkk website and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, card games, and payment processing services. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it.

By accessing the ddkk platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ddkk platform and close your account. ddkk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use ddkk you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ddkk strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years or older and that you accept full responsibility for ensuring that no person under the age of 21 accesses the platform using your account or device.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information. Submitting false personal details — including date of birth, name, address, or payment information — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in that account.
• Each individual may hold only one registered account on ddkk. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited without recourse.
• You must use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Using the ddkk platform for any commercial purpose, including running a betting syndicate, operating as an agent on behalf of third parties, or systematically exploiting promotional offers, is prohibited.

ddkk reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete verification satisfactorily within the timeframe specified by ddkk will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of ddkk services you must create a registered account. Registration is free. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

Account Information

You must provide a valid phone number or email address, a chosen username, and a secure password at registration. All information submitted must be accurate and kept up to date. You are obligated to notify ddkk promptly if any of your registered details change. ddkk may at any time require you to re-verify your identity, particularly before processing a withdrawal or if a security concern is flagged on the account.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. ddkk will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You must notify ddkk immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ddkk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. Always log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ddkk operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All financial transactions on the platform — deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated and settled in BDT. ddkk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is required or applied for players in Bangladesh.

Deposits

Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. A minimum deposit amount may apply and will be stated at the time of deposit. Deposits are credited to your ddkk account balance in real time or within a short processing window. ddkk does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through your ddkk account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. A minimum withdrawal amount may apply. Before processing any withdrawal, ddkk may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a government-issued identification document. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts with an outstanding active bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirement. ddkk aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly; processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests at the time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ddkk may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to your ddkk account upon satisfying the qualifying conditions stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• ddkk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to and in active use on a player's account will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus farming, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid only on the specified game or games and expire after the period stated in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ddkk — including slots, live dealer games, table games, sports betting markets, and fishing games — are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game environment. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. ddkk accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with the rules of a game.

ddkk is committed to fair play. All slot and table game outcomes on the platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited to verify that outcomes are genuinely random and unbiased. ddkk does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability or mechanism to do so. Sports betting odds are set by the platform and reflect market conditions at the time of bet placement; once a bet is accepted its odds are locked. In the event of a technical fault during a game session that results in an incomplete round, the round will be voided and any stake placed for that round will be returned to the player's account.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ddkk platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including for identity verification or payment processing purposes.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage in any game, manipulate betting markets, or circumvent security or verification processes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the ddkk platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or betting market on the platform, or sharing insider information about sporting events to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.

ddkk employs fraud detection and security monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ddkk will take all steps available to it to remedy the situation, including but not limited to account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

9. Termination and Suspension

ddkk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ddkk reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes; (c) the player has provided false registration information; (d) the account shows unusual betting patterns consistent with match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or automated play; or (e) suspension or closure is required by applicable law or by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

A player may close their own account at any time by contacting ddkk support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ddkk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ddkk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ddkk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ddkk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or technical issues outside of ddkk's control may temporarily affect availability. ddkk will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly and to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ddkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ddkk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, prior to the changes taking effect. Where ddkk is required to make immediate changes to comply with applicable law or a regulatory direction, prior notice may not be possible. The most current version of these Terms is always available on the ddkk Terms and Conditions page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account.
